(Opsla) menyampaikan upacara dilaksanakan guna menindaklanjuti perintah harian Kepala Staf Angkatan Laut (KASAL), Laksamana TNI Yudo Margono, tentang Membangun Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang unggul dan profesional, serta tangguh dalam menghadapi segala ancaman.
