Menurut Alfred bahwa Bupati itu sebagai pejabat publik dan sebagai pelayan publik sebagaimana yang tercantum dalam konstitusi
"Kerena dia pejabat publik maka pelayanan publik seperti apapun harus diketahui oleh publik dan publik dapat mengetahui itu apabila publik membaca, melihat dan mendengar dari media. Apalagi dari media datang untuk mengklarifikasi untuk berita sebelumnya," jelasnya
"Jika bupati tidak memberikan ruang untuk bertemu di dalam ruangan maka pada kesempatan apa pun dan dimana pun media bisa mendapatkan informasi, bukan menyita waktu yang panjang kok," bebernya
Lanjut Alfred bahwa Bupati segera minta maaf dan mengklarifikasi kepada media 2×24 jam
"Itu sebuah kriminalisasi kepada media sehingga saya berharap kepada bupati segera minta maaf dan mengklarifikasi kepada media 2×24 jam," tegasnya
Lanjut Alfred bahwa upaya menghalangi pekerjaan pers itu tidak pantas dan tidak layak seorang bupati memiliki bawahan yang perilakunya seperti itu," tutupnya
