NTT, spektrumnasional.com | Drs. Alexander Ena, M.Si., secara resmi mengundurkan diri dari jabatan Komisaris Utama PT. Kawasan Industri Bolok dalam acara Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham ( RUPS) PT. Kawasan Industri Bolok yang diselenggarakan di Hotel Sasando Kupang, Jumat (27/5/2022).
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham ( RUPS) PT. Kawasan Industri Bolok dipimpin langsung oleh Asisten 2 SETDA NTT mewakili Gubernur NTT sebagai pemegang Saham Tunggal dan didampingi oleh Kepala Biro Ekonomi Dr. Lerry Rupidara sebagai Pembina BUMD.
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham ( RUPS) PT. Kawasan Industri Bolok dihadiri oleh; Dewan Komisaris, Drs. Alexander Ena, M.Si Komisaris Utama dan Drs. Christo Blasin sebagai Komisaris. Sedangkan unsur Dewan Direksi dihadiri Oleh Gabrial Kenenbudi Direktur Utama dan Marthen Kalle Direktur Operasional beserta para Manejer dan sraff PT. Kawasan Industri Bolok
Agenda Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham ( RUPS) PT. Kawasan Industri Bolok antara lain; Pengesahan RUPS oleh Pemegang Saham, Laporan Dewan Komisaris yg disampaikan oleh Komisaris Utama, Laporan Dewan Direksi dan arahan pemegang saham dan Kepala Biro Ekonomi sebaga Pembina BUMD dan Pembahasan dan keputusan RUPS.
Setelah pembacaan keputusan RUPS , Drs. Alexander Ena, M.Si sebagai Komisaris utama minta bicara kepada pimpinan RUPS. setelah diberi kesempatan Alex membacarakan surat pengunduran diri sebagai Komisaris Utama dengan alasan ingin lebih berkonsentrasi mempersiapkan diri maju sebagai CALON WALI KOTA KUPANG pada tahun 2024.
Kepada media ini Alex Ena menjelaskan bahwa "Masa jabatan Wali Kota Kupang akan berakhir di bulan agustus tahun 2022, sehingga mulai sekarang saya perlu mempersiapkan diri dg baik untuk menjadi calon wali kota kupang tahun 2024," Tutup AE, akarab dipanggil oleh kaula muda melenial di Kota Kupang.
