Saat Presiden Jokowi dan Ibu Iriana Naik Kapal Pinisi ke Taman Nasional Komodo
Labuan Bajo Spektrumnasional.com || Setelah meresmikan perluasan Bandara Komodo, Labuan Bajo, Kabupaten Manggarai Barat, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT), Kamis, 21 Juli 2022, Presiden Joko Widodo dan Ibu Iriana Joko Widodo melanjutkan perjalanan menuju Pulau Rinca, Kabupaten Manggarai Barat.
Perjalanan menuju Pulau Rinca tersebut ditempuh dengan menggunakan kapal pinisi selama lebih kurang 2 jam 30 menit. Dalam perjalanan tersebut, Presiden banyak berdiskusi dengan para menteri tentang pembangunan di kawasan Labuan Bajo dan wilayah sekitarnya.
Terkadang diselingi tawa, seperti saat Sekretaris Kabinet bercerita kenangannya saat berkunjung ke Labuan Bajo beberapa tahun lalu.
“Waktu saya ke Labuan Bajo tahun 2015 Pak, ada plang bertuliskan tanah ini milik Johnny G. Plate, ucap Pramono. Presiden pun langsung bertanya, "Seberapa besar… papannya?" Sontak semua tertawa, karena Presiden bertanya berapa besar papannya bukan luas tanahnya.
Menteri Kominfo pun menjawab, "Sekarang sudah dipakai untuk jalan oleh Pak Basuki (Menteri PUPR).”
Selain berdiskusi, Presiden juga sempat berfoto dengan Ibu Iriana. Kesempatan berfoto ini seolah menguatkan apa yang disampaikan Presiden saat meresmikan perluasan bandara di pagi hari tadi.
"Labuan Bajo ini komplet, budaya ada, pemandangan sangat bagus,” ucap Presiden saat peresmian.
Turut hadir mendampingi Presiden dan Ibu Iriana yaitu Sekretaris Kabinet Pramono Anung, Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, Menteri Perhubungan Budi Karya Sumadi, Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Basuki Hadimuljono, Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Johnny G. Plate, Gubernur NTT Viktor Bungtilu Laiskodat, dan Bupati Manggarai Barat Edistasius Endi.
