Sukabumi.Spektrum-nasional.com || Prajurit Pusat Latihan Pertempuran (Puslatpur) Marinir 6 Antralina mengikuti tes Kesamaptaan semester II tahun 2024 melibatkan para prajurit di lapangan olahraga GOR Surya Kencana, Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. Rabu, (16/10/24).
Sebelum melaksanakan kesamaptaan tersebut para prajurit dilakukan pengecekan tensi darah.
Adapun materi tes kesamaptaan meliputi kesamaptaan jasmani A dan B.
Selanjutnya dilakukan tes kesamaptaan A lari selama 12 menit, dilanjutkan dengan tes kesamaptaan B meliputi pull up, sit up, push up, dan shuttle run.
Komandan Puslatpurmar 6 Antralina Mayor Marinir Ahmad Yani, M.Tr., Oplsa menjelaskan bahwa, kegiatan ini dilakukan selain untuk menunjang jenjang karir prajurit, kegiatan ini juga merupakan kebutuhan bagi prajurit Korps Marinir guna menunjang penugasan dan mengetahui kesehatan prajurit.
"Kesamaptaan adalah tes kemampuan fisik dan jasmani yang dilakukan untuk mengukur kemampuan dan kesiapan prajurit dalam menjalankan tugas," ungkapnya. (Lison)
