Bambang, Owner Bolu Keju Sabilulungan saat diwawancarai pada Selasa, (18/4/2023) mengatakan, Bolu Keju Sabilulungan berpotensi untuk jadi Oleh-oleh khas Soreang, melihat semakin meningkat peminatnya. Apalagi sampai saat ini ibukota Kabupaten Bandung tersebut belum memiliki ikon untuk makanan atau oleh-oleh khas daerah.
Bolu Keju Sabilulungan yang sedang trend di Instagram tersebut banyak digemari masyarakat Kabupaten Bandung khususnya Soreang, dan juga Bandung. Tokonya berada di Jalan Terusan Al Fathu No. 12 Soreang, tepatnya di samping Kantor Desa Soreang.
Menurut Bambang, Bolu Keju Sabilulungan mampu menarik selera masyarakat karena teksturnya yang sangat lembut dan rasa yang pas, dengan varian rasa serta harga yang terjangkau, mulai dari dua puluh tujuh ribu rupiah per kotak. Selain itu, bagi pemesanan Online untuk se-Bandung Raya, Kabupaten Bandung, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, sebagian Kabupaten Sumedang, dan Cimahi ongkos kirimnya murah, hanya RP. 11.500 rupiah.
“Omset Bolu Keju Sabilulungan mencapai 50 hingga 100 juta per bulan. Jelang Lebaran Idul Fitri 2023 jumlah pesanan makin meningkat. Untuk H-4 hingga H-1 lebaran, pemesanan sudah full order, sudah melebihi kapasitas produksi kami,” kata Bambang.
