Dalam pertemuan tersebut M. Sodikin menyampaikan bahwa Pantarlih merupakan ujung tombak dalam pemutakhiran dan penyusunan daftar Pemilih, untuk itu perlu adanya kesiapan Pantarlih dalam menjalankan tugas pemutakhiran data Pemilih
Selain itu, M. Sodikin berpesan kepada masyarakat menjelang Pemilu 2024 peran Pantarlih sangatlah penting demi meksukseskan Pemilu 2024 nanti, "ujarnya.
ia mengajak kepada masyarakat yang memiliki hak pilih agar berperan aktif memastikan apakah sudah tercatat dalam DPT atau belum.
"Ini menjadi tantangan bagi Pantarlih untuk menyakinkan semua pihak, bahwa pemutakhiran data pemilih dilakukan sesuai aturan perundangan yang ada, "jelasnya.
