Taun Rumah PKTM III tersebut adalah Pimpinan Daerah (PD) IPM Aceh Singkil dalam Putusan Induk Konferensi Pimpinan Wilayah Aceh Pada Hari Senin 5 Desember 2022 Secara Zoom virtual yang di hadiri Seluruh Perwakilan Pengurus PD IPM Se Aceh.

Sebelum PW IPM Aceh ditetapkan Kegiatan Perkaderan ini Ke PD IPM Aceh Tengah namun melihat kondisi dan ada beberapa kendala dalam penyelenggaraan Perkaderan ini membuat IPM Aceh Tengah belum bisa menerima Jadi Tuan Rumah PKTM Ill ini, hal ini langsung di sampaikan oleh Ketua IPM Aceh Tengah Bayu pada Rapat Konferensi Tersebut.
Selanjutnya PW IPM Aceh Langsung membentuk tim verifikasi yang ditugaskan untuk meninjau langsung ke lokasi yang telah diputuskan dalam Induk Konferensi Tersebut. (**/red
