PMII Ternate Sukarsi Muhdar mengatakan, kasus yang di lakukan oleh RL selaku anggota DPRD Fraksi Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) seharusnya sudah di tindak lanjuti oleh Badan Kehormatan (BK) DPRD Kota Ternate. Karena berdasarkan informasi yang kami dapatkan, Badan Kehormatan (BK) sudah terima laporan dari Istrinya. Pada Kamis, (02/02/2023).
"Ada apa dengan Badan Kehormatan (BK) DPRD Kota Ternate? sehingga sampai saat ini Kasus yang dilakukan oknum anggota DPRD belum di tindak lanjuti?," tanya Sukarsi.
Ia pun melanjutkan bahwa kemungkinan besar ada oknum yang sengaja menunda-nunda Persidangan ini.
"Mungkin ada oknum DPRD yang masih memiliki hubungan emosional dengan Badan Kehormatan (BK) tersebut, sehingga persidangan pun terus di tunda-tunda," ungkapnya.
Ini sudah hampir sebulan, tetapi belum ada keputusan yang kongkrit dari Badan Kehormatan (BK) DPRD.
"Apa yang mau di pertahankan lagi mengenai Oknum RL sendiri sudah jelas-jelas menjadi predator KDRT dan merusak citra dari kelembagaan DPRD sebagai pejabat Publik, Kondisi ini yang menyebabkan kami selaku masyarakat malah malu melihat kebijakan dari Badan Kehormatan (BK) DPRD seperti itu," jelas Sukarsi.
Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Sukabumi, Budi Azhar Mutawali, S.Ip, menghadiri upacara peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) Bhayangkara ke-79 tingkat Polres Sukabumi. Acara tersebut digelar di Alun-alun Palabuhanratu pada hari Selasa, (1/72025).
