Kapolres Sukabumi AKBP Dedy Darmawansyah melalui Kasi Humasnya Ipda Aah Saepul Rohman mengatakan, selain anggota Polri, dalam kegiatan khatam Al-Quran tersebut juga melibatkan para santri dan ditingkat Polsek masyarakat disekitar lingkungan Polsek ikut serta dalam kegiatan yang digelar secara serentak setelah pelaksanaan sholat Jumat.
“Kegiatan khatam Al-Quran dilaksanakan oleh Polres Sukabumi dan 29 Polsek secara serentak,” ujarnya kepada tim liputan Humas Polres Sukabumi
Lanjutnya, kegiatan di Mapolres Sukabumi bertempat di Mesjid Ad Durochman Polres Sukabumi, dipimpin langsung oleh Ustadz dari Kecamatan Cikakak didampingi Kasat Tahti Polres Sukabumi Iptu H Dudung Masduki
yang diawali tahlil, baca surat yasin dan dilanjutkan khatam Quran dengan pembagian per-Juz.
“Kegiatannya dimulai setelah selesai sholat Jumat dan khatam Quran diperkirakan menjelang mau sholat Ashar,” kata Aah
“Semoga dengan adanya kegiatan khatam Al-Quran ini bisa menjadi keberkahan bagi semua dan terhindar dari segala bahaya," pungkasnya
Untuk kegiatan di Mapolres Sukabumi dihadiri langsung Kapolres Sukabumi AKBP Dedy Darmawansyah, Ketua Bhayangkari Cabang Sukabumi Ny Hesti Dedy, Wakapolres Sukabumi Kompol R Bimo Moernanda, para pejabat utama dan pengurus Bhayangkari Cabang Sukabumi.
