Sukabumi. Spektrum-nasional.com || Anggota Satuan Polisi Perairan dan Udara (Satpolairud) Polres Sukabumi, mengecek kegiatan perbaikan alat sistem peringatan dini tsunami yang berada di Kantor Balawista Citepus Palabuhanratu Kabupaten Sukabumi Jawa Barat, Selasa (06/12/2022).
Kasat Polairud Polres Sukabumi AKP Tenda Sukendar mengatakan kepada tim liputan Humas Polres Sukabumi dikantornya, bahwa anggotanya telah melakukan pengecekan kegiatan perbaikan alat peringatan tsunami dan perbaikan telah selesai pada sore ini.
"Alhamdulillah perbaikan alat tsunami yang berada dikantor Balawista telah selesai sore ini, sehingga dapat berfungsi dengan baik," jelasnya
Menurutnya, alat sistem peringatan dini tsunami itu akan dilaksanakan pengetesan secara serentak se-Indonesia, yang direncanakan akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26 Desember 2022 mendatang.
"Rencananya pada pelaksanaan test nanti akan dihadiri oleh petugas BMKG dari Bandung," sambungnya lagi.
Pada saat perbaikan, alat peringatan dini tsunami sempat dibunyikan oleh petugas dan suara sirene terdengar secara jelas.
