Pengaturan lalu lintas dilakukan guna melancarkan arus lalu lintas tepatnya di depan warung sate shinta Cianjur yang merupakan bekas longsoran akibat kejadian gempa dan juga merupakan titik rawan kemacetan, mulai dari kendaraan yang melakukan aktfitas sehari-hari hingga pengantaran bantuan untuk para korban gempa.
Ditempat terpisah Kabid Humas Polda Jabar Kombes Pol. Ibrahim Tompo S.I.K.,M.Si menyampaikan bahwa pengaturan arus lalu lintas memang biasa dilakukan agar arus lalin dapat berjalan semestinya tanpa ada hambatan karena sebelumnya jalan tersebut tertupi tanah longsor
"Tidak hanya mengatur lalu lintas hal ini tentunya untuk memastikan keamanan, ketertiban dan kelancaran pasca terjadinya longsor yang menutupi jalan depan warung sate shinta cianjur," ucapnya
Hal ini guna mengantisipasi kejadian berulang, mengingat bahwa curah hujan dengan intensitas cukup tinggi terus mengguyur di seluruh Jawa Barat.
