JAKARTA. SPEKTRUMNASIONAL.COM || PT Pindad International Logistic (PT PIL) memastikan persiapan untuk pergelaran Indo Defence 2022 Expo & Forum. Pameran tersebut akan digelar pada 2 - 5 November 2022 di JIEXpo Kemayoran (Arena PRJ), Jakarta Pusat.
PT PIL sebagai bagian dari Pindad Group turut serta mendukung penuh pelaksanaan Indo Defence 2022 Expo & Forum yang bertajuk Indonesia International Tri Service Defence, Aerospace, Maritime, and Security Event ”Peace, Prosperity, Strong Defence”. Pada pameran tersebut, 905 perusahaan dari 59 negara akan memamerkan deretan persenjataan yang mereka produksi.
Direktur Utama PT PIL, Suresh Ferdian pada Selasa (1/11/2022) mengatakan bahwa Indo Defence 2022 Expo & Forum merupakan ajang pergelaran dua tahunan. Pameran teknologi pertahanan tersebut itu sudah diadakan sejak 2004.
"Kegiatan ini juga merujuk pada penjualan teknologi pertahanan serta acara promosi untuk produsen peralatan pertahanan dan keamanan internasional," kata Suresh Ferdian.
Suresh Ferdian juga mengatakan, PT PIL juga berperan dalam mengirim peralatan serta logistik PT Pindad pada acara Indo Defence & Expo.
"PT PIL yang juga bagian dari PT Pindad sangat mendukung sekali kegiatan itu, sehingga produk yang dipamerkan Pindad mampu menjadi etalase industri pertahanan dalam negeri yang mempuni di kancah internasional," kata Suresh Ferdian.
Pada kesermpatan yang sama, Sekretaris PT PIL, Astrid mengatakan, sejauh ini semua persiapan kegiatan tersebut akan selesai pada waktunya.
"Dengan tim-tim PT PIL yang solid maka kegiatan sudah kita persiapkan sebelum waktu berlangsungnya acara nantinya," kata Astrid.
