NIPA. SPEKTRUMNASIONAL.COM || Saat ini TNI Angkatan Laut Tengah menyiapkan upaya evakuasi, pengamanan alur pelayaran dan penyelaman terhadap Tanker Young Yong GT 153911 yang kandas akibat kebocoran di perairan Pulau Nipa sejak Sabtu, 29 Oktober 2022.
Unsur TNI AL yaitu KAL Marapas I-4--65 yang saat ini ditugaskan untuk melaksanakan pengawasan dan pengamanan, terus memonitor kondisi kapal tanker berbendera Djibouti tersebut.
Informasi dari Laporan KAL Marapas bahwa hingga saat ini belum ditemukan Tumpahan Minyak di area Kandasnya Kapal, serta tidak mengganggu lalu lintas pelayaran di Traffict Separation Schame (TSS) Singapura-Indonesia.

Alur pelayaran Selat Malaka-Selat Singapur merupakan alur internasional yang penting dan memiliki tingkat kesibukan sangat tinggi, sehingga Kepala Staf Angkatan Laut (Kasal) Laksamana TNI Yudo Margono menegaskan bahwa Indonesia harus menjamin keselamatan dan keamanan di perairan Selat Malaka dan Selat Singapura, dengan peningkatan gelar operasi dan peningkatan kerjasama dengan negara tetangga diantaranya Thailand, Malaysia dan Singapura.
