Irwan Perwira Sembiring merupakan Owner and Founder Meliala Hotels & Resorts, ia bicara pada Konferensi Pers tersebut sehubungan pada 1 Oktober 2022 lalu Meliala Hotels & Resorts secara serentak membuka 6 unit hotel di Bandung. Meliala Hotels & Resorts berdiri sejak tahun 2022, merupakan jaringan manajemen hotel yang beroperasional di Bandung.
“Selain layanan manajemen hotel, Meliala Hotels & Resorts juga menyediakan layanan konsultasi, sewa kelola hotel, bahkan menjadi operator dengan sistem yang tidak merugikan pemilik hotel,” kata Irwan Perwira Sembiring.
Irwan Perwira Sembiring merupakan Calon Wakil Walikota Cimahi. Ia mengatakan hotel yang dikelola, baik secara skema; sewa kelola, operator, dan bagi hasil, akan sangat menguntungkan pemilik hotel.
Seperti dijelaskan oleh Irwan Perwira Sembiring, Meliala Hotels & Resorts memiliki beberapa kelas untuk hotel-hotel yang dikelolanya, seperti; Meliala Gold untuk hotel bintang 5, Meliala White untuk hotel bintang 4, Meliala Grey untuk hotel bintang 3, Meliala Red untuk hotel bintang 2, dan Meliala Green untuk bintang 1.
“Yang berbeda dari Meliala Hotels & Resorts dengan jaringan manajemen hotel lain adalah berani memberikan jaminan fixed income. Jika pendapatan kurang dari jumlah yang disepakati dengan pemilik hotel, maka pemilik hotel tidak perlu membayar apapun kepada Meliala Hotels & Resorts,” kata Irwan Perwira Sembiring.
