MALANG. SPEKTRUMNASIONAL.COM || Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo mengumumkan ada enam tersangka tragedi Kanjuruhan, Malang, Jawa Timur.
Keenamnya yakni AHL (Dirut PT LIB), AH (ketua panitia pertandingan), SS (security officer), Wahyu SS, (Kabag Ops Polres Malang), H (Brimob Polda Jatim), dan PSA, (Kasatsamapta Polres).
"Berdasarkan gelar dan alat bukti permulaan yang cukup maka ditetapkan saat ini 6 tersangka," kata Kapolri dalam jumpa pers, Kamis 6 Oktober 2022.
Kapolri menjelaskan, ada dua proses yang dilakukan yakni proses pidana dan proses pemeriksaan etik untuk anggota Polri yang melakukan tindakan penggunaan gas air mata.
Adapun sebanyak 31 personel telah diperiksa terkait tragedi ini.
"Internal 31 personel. Ditemukan bukti yang cukup 20 orang terduga pelanggaran. Personel menembakan gas air mata di dalam stadion ada 11 personel," ujar Kapolri.
Adapun untuk proses penyidikan, tim sudah memeriksa 48 saksi meliputi 26 personel Polri, 3 orang penyelenggaraan pertandingan, 8 orang steward, 6 saksi di TKP, dan 5 korban.
