Jakarta.Spektrum-nasipnal.com || Dengan adanya Laporan Polisi No: LP/B/464/VIII/2023/SPKT/Polres Indramayu/ Polda Jawa Barat Tanggal 17 Agustus 2023, tentang dugaan terjadinya tindak pidana pemalsuan surat, hal itu membuat para Komisaris PT Madu Darma Gas angkat bicara.
Komisaris Utama PT Madu Darma Gas M. Rafik Perkasa Alamsyah, S.It, MM saat dimintai keterangan oleh awak media di Jakarta pada, Minggu (07/04/24) minta pihak Polres Indramayu cepat dalam hal proses penanganan kasus dugaan pemalsuan tanda tangan itu.
"Kami meminta kepolisian dalam hal ini Polres Indramayu, pihak penyidik lebih cepat lagi dalam penanganan kasus ini. Saya selaku Komut bersama komisaris lain merasa sangat dirugikan dan ditipu akibat perlakukan Dirut PT Madu Darma Gas (H. Suwadi) yang telah meniru tanda tangan kami," ujar Rafik yang juga Aktifis Nasional dan Tokoh Politik ini.
Rafik pun berharap agat cepat selesai proses penyidikan perkara ini, kami yakin Penyidik Reskrim Polres Indramayu lebih profesional dalam penanganan kasus ini", pintanya tegas
Terpisah, IPDA Sutaryo selaku penyidik Reskrim Polres Indramayu saat dihubungi oleh awak media melalui saluran handphone menjelaskan Proses penanganan kasus tersebut.
"Perkara yang diutarakan tersebut masih berlanjut proses penyidikannya. Penyidik masih proses di laboratorium forensik terhadap tanda tangan yang diduga dipalsukan didalam dokumen daftar hadir rapat umum pemegang saham luar biasa PT. Madu Darma Gas. Berhubung kemaren ada upaya mediasi dari kedua belah pihak, jadi masih mencari jalan yang terbaik, namun tidak menghentikan proses di laboratorium forensik," ungkapnya. (Meg)
