Bandung.Spektrum-nasional.com || Komandan Pangkalan TNI Angkatan Laut (Lanal) Bandung Kolonel Laut (KH/W) Dr. Renny Setiowati, S.T., M.Sc., M.Tr.Hanla., meresmikan 1 (satu) unit Alat Utama Sistem Senjata (Alutsista) berupa Kapal RBB (Rigid Bouyancy Boat) 12 meter pemberian dari Kementerian Pertahanan Republik Indonesia untuk menambah dan memperkuat unsur patroli di Wilayah Kerja Lanal Bandung khususnya di Posal Pangandaran, bertempat di Pelabuhan Pendaratan Ikan (PPI) Cikidang, Pangandaran, Jawa Barat, Selasa (20/02/24).
Kesempatan tersebut, Komandan Lanal Bandung Kolonel Laut (KH/W) Dr. Renny Setiowati, S.T., M.Sc., M.Tr.Hanla., mengatakan,"salah satu Tugas Pokok Pangkalan TNI Angkatan Laut Bandung antara lain melaksanakan Patroli Keamanan Laut dalam rangka menjamin terwujudnya situasi kondusif di Perairan Wilayah Kerja Lanal Bandung dan untuk meminimalisir kemungkinan terjadinya berbagai aksi pelanggaran di laut dan potensi timbulnya kerawanan yang dapat mengganggu stabilitas keamanan dan pertahanan negara," katanya.
Danlanal Bandung juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Kemenhan RI serta Mabes TNI AL atas perkuatan Alpung Lanal Bandung berupa RBB (Rigid Bouyancy Boat) 12 Meter. Diharapkan penanganan, perawatan, dan pengamanan barang dapat dilakukan sebaik-baiknya sehingga dapat berdayaguna.
Untuk diketahui, Danlanal Bandung didampingi Pejabat Utama Lanal Bandung dan Danposal Pangandaran meresmikan dan melakukan pengecekan secara fisik serta menguji (Sea Trial) kemampuan RBB tersebut di Perairan Pantai Pangandaran. (Lison/SN)
