Sukabumi.Spektrum-nasional.com || Berdasarkan Keputusan Pimpinan DPRD Kabupaten Sukabumi Nomor 25 Tahun 2023, terdapat 11 Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda), 3 diantaranya merupakan Prakarsa usul inisiatif DPRD, 8 lainnya merupakan Prakarsa usul Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) yang diusulkan pada Program Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Propemperda) Kabupaten Sukabumi Tahun 2024. Sabtu, (06/12/2024).
Adapun tiga Raperda usul inisiatif DPRD, yaitu Raperda Pengakuan dan Perlindungan Masyarakat Hukum Adat, Raperda Penanganan dan Pemberdayaan Penyandang Masalah Kesejahteraan Sosial dan Raperda Penyelenggaraan Perhubungan.
Sementara, 8 Raperda lainnya yg diusulkan oleh Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda), diantaranya: Raperda Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan Kebakaran, Pengusul Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan (Disdamkartan), Raperda Perkreditan Rakyat menjadi Perekonomian Rakyat, Raperda Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi Tahun 2025-2045, Raperda Perubahan Ketiga atas Perda Nomor 07 Tahun 2016 tentang Pembentukan Susunan Perangkat Daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi.
Selanjutnya Raperda BPR Syariah, Raperda Pertanggungjawaban Pelaksanaan APBD Tahun 2023, Raperda Perubahan APBD Tahun 2024, serta Raperda APBD Tahun 2025. (*Lison/SN).
