Sukabumi.Spektrum-nasional.com || Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi gelar Rapat Koordinasi Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah dalam rangka Harmonisasi Penyusunan Program Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah.
Rapat koordinasi tersebut berlangsung di Hotel Pangrango Sukabumi, dan dibuka oleh ketua DPRD, Rabu (18/10/23).
Ketua DPRD Sukabumi, Yudha Sukmagara dalam kesempatan tersebut mengatakan bahwa pembentukan Peraturan Daerah merupakan wujud kewenangan yang diberikan kepada pemerintahan daerah dalam rangka penyelenggaraan otonomi daerah dan tugas pembantuan serta menampung kondisi khusus daerah dan/atau penjabaran lebih lanjut peraturan perundang-undangan yang lebih tinggi.
"Agar pembentukan Perda lebih terarah dan terkoordinasi, secara formal telah ditetapkan serangkaian proses yang harus dilalui yang meliputi proses perencanaan, penyusunan, pembahasan, penetapan dan proses pengundangan," katanya.
Sementara, Sekretaris DPRD Kab. Sukabumi Hj. Lina Evelin Marlina dalam laporannya menyampaikan, rapat koordinasi tersebut diikuti peserta dari unsur Perangkat Daerah, Kecamatan dan Mitra Kerja DPRD Kab Sukabumi berjumlah 240 orang peserta.
Turut hadir: Asisten Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi, Staf Ahli Bupati Kabupaten Sukabumi, Kepala Dinas dan Camat se-Kabupaten Sukabumi
Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Sukabumi, Budi Azhar Mutawali, S.Ip, menghadiri upacara peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) Bhayangkara ke-79 tingkat Polres Sukabumi. Acara tersebut digelar di Alun-alun Palabuhanratu pada hari Selasa, (1/72025).
