Hamparan Perak. Spektrum-nasional.com || Penangkapan3orangpelaku yang diduga mencuri dan membobol rumah, yang kerab beraksi di seputaran Dusun III, Desa Klambir, Kecamatan HamparanPerak, Kababupaten DeliSerdang. Jumat, (26/5/2023). sekitar pukul 15.00 wib, disikat Unit ReskrimPolsekHamparanPerak.
Berdasarkan laporan 2orang korban Ibnu Salman pada senin, 22 Mei 2023 lalu, dengan nomor : LP / B /120/IV/2023/Polsek H.Perak/Polres Pel. Belawan / Poldasu dan Laporan korban Ilham dengan Rabu 24 Mei 2023: LP / B / 121/ V/ 2023/Polsek H.Perak / Polres Pel. Belawan / Poldasu.
Keberadaan komplotan spesial pencurian tersebut, diketahui oleh tim Plh Kanit ReskrimPolsekHamparanPerak, IPTU Yosaffat Adi,S.Pd dan Panit Reskrim IPDA M. Asnol Hadi beserta Team langsung menuju ke tempat kejadian perkara (TKP) dan langsung melakukan penangkapan di Dusun III Desa Klambir.
Diketahui bahwa, 3orangpelaku berinisial Menan (31), warga Gg. Bilal Dusun 6 Desa Hamparan Perak, Utama Sahara (22), warga Dusun V Desa Klambir Kec. Hamparan Perak dan Jumatul Aini (48) ,warga Dusun IV Desa Klambir Kec. Hamparan Perak. BarangBukti (BB) yang diamankan 1ekor KambingDomba.
Selanjutnya dilakukan introgasi singkat di TKP didapati bahwasanya benar pelaku merupakan spesialispencurian di wilayah tersebut.
Ipda Yossafat menyampaikan bahwa "Tim langsung membawa Tersangka ke MapolsekHamparanPerak untuk di lakukan penyidikan dan penyelidikan lebih lanjut." ungkap IPDA Yossafat.
Para Pelaku disangkakan pasal tentang tindak pidana Pencurian dengan pemberatan sebagaimana di maksud dalam Pasal 363 KUHPidana. (*SN/Rizky**)
