Jakarta. Spektrum-nasional.com || Presiden Joko Widodo menegaskan kepada para menteri Kabinet Indonesia Maju yang akan maju sebagai calon anggota legislatif (caleg) pada pemilihan umum 2024 mendatang untuk tetap fokus dan tidak mengganggu kinerja dan tugas keseharian.
Demikian disampaikan Presiden Joko Widodo dalam jumpa pers bersama tim media di Jakarta, pada Senin (15/05/23).
"Kalau dari saya yang penting tidak mengganggu tugas-tugas keseharian," ucap Presiden dalam keterangannya kepada awak media setelah menghadiri acara Musyawarah Rakyat (Musra) di Istora Senayan, Minggu (14/05/23).
Orang ring satu Indonesia itu menjelaskan bahwa secara aturan, apabila seorang menteri akan maju sebagai caleg, diperbolehkan.
"Yang harus kita tahu ya secara aturan memang diperbolehkan," tutur Presiden.
Lebih lanjut, ia menegaskan akan selalu mengevaluasi tugas dan kinerja para menteri. Jika nantinya kinerja menteri tersebut terganggu, Presiden melanjutkan, posisi menteri tersebut bisa saja diganti.
"Selalu saya evaluasi, kalau memang mengganggu, kerjanya terganggu, ya ganti bisa," tandas Presiden Jokowi.
