Dia mensinyalir Ketua Umum Pimpinan Wilayah SEMMI Banten menggunakan tanda tangannya guna untuk merekomendasikan atas nama Boby Kurniawan sebagai calon kandidat Ketua Umum Pengurus Besar SEMMI saat Kongres.
“Saya menolak keras adanya pencatutan nama dan pemalsuan tanda tangan saya ini," tegas Rodin Selasa ( 28/2/2023)
